From Hoarding to High-Security: A Look Back at Recent Projects

No two projects are ever quite the same and our most recent run of installations proves it. From temporary site hoarding to high-security palisade fencing, decorative bow top railings, and a large-scale commercial fit-out, our team has been busy delivering practical, durable, and professionally finished solutions across a range of sectors. Another Successful Site Hoarding Package Delivered!

Our latest hoarding installation combined security, durability, and presentation in equal measure. The project included:

• 168m of 2.4m high in-ground timber hoarding
• Stress-graded softwood posts and rails with exterior-grade 18mm plywood cladding
• Reinforced post spacing in high wind-load areas to meet design requirements
• Additional corner and end posts for structural integrity
• Full external paint finish with two coats of exterior masonry paint
• A single pedestrian access gate
• An 8.2m double-leaf steel-framed vehicle access gate with galvanised mesh infill, slide latch and drop bolts

High-Security Palisade Fencing, Bespoke Timber Screening and Access Gates

This project called for a robust perimeter solution, and our team delivered a combination of high-security fencing and timber screening to suit:

• 154m of 2.4m high galvanised steel palisade fencing with triple-pointed pales
• 2.4m high double-leaf palisade gates, complete with SHS framing and security latching
• Armco barrier for impact protection
• Hit & Miss timber fencing with integrated double gates to form secure enclosures

ROSPA-Compliant Bow Top Railings

Safety met style on this installation, where we supplied and erected 56 metres of 1.2m high ROSPA-compliant Bow Top Railings, finished in RAL 6005 Moss Green with a galvanised and polyester powder-coated finish for long-term durability and corrosion resistance.

The installation included:

• ROSPA-compliant bow top railings with vertical infill bars and twin horizontal rails
• SHS posts concreted into position at maximum 2.8m centres
• Stepped panels to accommodate varying ground levels
• Full galvanised and powder-coated finish throughout
• A 1.2m high x 1.2m wide matching pedestrian gate, complete with slide latch and padlock provision

Bow top railings remain a popular choice for schools, parks, playgrounds and public spaces, providing a secure boundary while maintaining an attractive appearance and meeting safety requirements.

Horizon Park, Braintree

We’ve also completed works at Horizon Park, Braintree, supplying and installing:

• 2.4m high V Mesh security fencing finished in RAL 6005 Moss Green
• Matching pedestrian access gates
• Installation and commissioning of a 10m automated cantilever sliding gate
• Safety bollards installed to concrete hardstanding, finished in RAL 1023 Traffic Yellow
• 3.0m high reflective acoustic timber fencing for enhanced boundary screening and acoustic performance
• Bespoke steel-framed timber clad gates
• 2.4m high timber hit and miss fencing to bin store areas
